Not sure how much motivation this will be, but, try to think about how good you will feel about yourself when this time has passed and you can look back and think on how you kept yourself going, despite poor food availability, lack of motivation, etc. If you can just muster enough motivation to keep plugging away each day, you will feel so rewarded down the road for having made it through this time without giving up or giving in!

Oh I'm sorry but that sad food tracker ... I just looked at your "today". I don't know about you because you didn't say if you were hungry or not all day but me... I ate like that before committing to eat healthier and I was constantly hungry which led to constant snacking and you didn't even snack... which means if I ate that same exact thing I might have a really bad headache and be like really moody if I was forced not to snack lol.. hope it wasn't that bad for you.
