So, here's the update on the big breakfast diet. Yesterday was not very successful! I was full longer, but eventually that wore off and I was once again eating like a rabid squirrel! Lunch was light and dinner was light, but I had a huge plate of nachos in between! Strike one for the big breakfast diet!
This morning was not as hard as I believed it would be to consume a huge breakfast! Especially, since I ate it after the gym workout. I ate a total of 746 calories without blinking an eye! The book says to eat your big breakfast within an hour of waking, but I have found varying information about this online. They all pretty much say you must eat before 9am. So I am sticking with that except on the weekends when I tend to rise later. On those days, I will stay within the one hour time frame!
