Well, letís get this party started! For my first post, Iíd just like to say that I am turning over a new leaf. Eating healthier and joined a gym (for the first time in 20 years!) and I am committed to getting rid of this excess weight for good! I have included my food log, so you can track my eating and help me stay on track! Ignore the upside down cake on todayís log!! My coworkers havenít got the memo yet that I joined a gym and have begun to eat healthy foods, so I found this lonely piece of cake (and the peanut butter M&Ms) on my desk this afternoon and just couldnít resist. :-( Donít worry though, I sent out the memo (right after I finished that last bite of cake).
