So here I am again, a new year and 20 pounds to lose again! I don't know why I always gain it back, well I guess I do, I make poor choices. So here is to starting again, I started on February 1 at 174, I am down to 170 this morning. My goal was 5 pounds for this month, looks like I can make that happen. I usually can once I get some focus, the trick for me is learning to keep it off. My trick this time around will be to continue accountability to my friends on this journey with me, even when the number is where I want it to be! We shall see how that works.

Hate the "here I am again" blog but here it is :O) Here I am again, trying to lose the 15 pounds I have put back on. Weighed in at 165 this morning. I am not going crazy over it this time though. Just trying to eat better and be more active. I was doing Insanity for about 3 weeks but it was consuming me and I felt like I needed to put it on the back burned for a bit while life is so busy and not let that be my priority.

So here I am again...focus!!!

So I have had a good couple of days. Monday and Tuesday ate good and exercised both days. I haven't been logging my food but am trying to keep it in check.

I was down to 155.2 this morning. It is going the right direction, just slower than I want :O) But I suppose that is always the case!

    Oh how I hate the scale. It was back up to 154.8 this morning and I actually did pretty good over the weekend. I didn't exercise Saturday or Sunday but I ate ok. That means not even a full pound lost from last Monday! Oh well...such is life.

Just goes with the rest of the day I am having!

    Down again...153.8, only a little but that is what I want to see, down EVERY day :O) So yesterday I exercised but didn't eat great (not bad but not what I need to).

    Didn't exercise Wednesday but ate good! I was down to 154 even this morning!!!

So 4 pounds to go in...15 days. It is possible but I am going to have to really work at it! Eating good AND exercising!

So I have a big anniversary party coming up...SWEET 16 :o) We will be celebrating 16 years married. The party is on Nov 11th. I decided I better get back in gear and lose the few pounds I put on and maybe a few more. Mainly I need to get back to exercise to tone it up again!!! I have been slacking. So I have 22 days, just over 3 weeks. My goal is 150...hehe how many times have I had that goal before?! Oh well, this time I am gonna make it. I weighed in at 157.2 this morning, up 4 from my last spark weigh in. I can lose 7.2 in 3 weeks because once I get committed the first few will come off easy then I will fight the rest. My main goal is going to be exercise EVERYDAY. I did on Tuesday but was super busy yesterday but will do something today. Have to make time for it. I am really sore, so it will probably be just a light jog or fast walk. Here's to 7.2 pounds in 22 days........

    Ok, so this morning was 155.6 which is great for me and being a Monday weigh in!!! So 5.6 pounds in 19 days...only excercised once over the weekend but that's ok, I am going to push hard this week. It isn't super busy so I have no excuses.

I bought my dress :o) It is a cute and if I lose a couple of pounds it will of course look better too!

I can't wait either...who is watching your kiddos?

Little less ugh

So this mornings weigh in was not as good as I had hoped but certainly better than last weeks. I was 158.2 today. It could have been better but I didn't exercise all weekend and didn't eat within calorie range; I didn't go completely overboard but not where it should have been.
