I'm making some healthy food before I go back to work tomorrow!
Quiche - Red Pepper, Leeks and Goat Cheese
Baked Potato - Peas and Spinach
Muffins - Whole-wheat flour, oats, dried fruit, dried cranberries, pumpkin puree, applesauce, pecans
Salad - Whole grain blend, roasted vegetables, Puy lentils, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice
No more worrying about cooking this week!
