I went to my normal fitness class tonight- the instructor changes the routine from month to month. November is a new circuit training routine, with weights and cardio. And it was weird... I finished every single interval. Strong. With good form. And the "heavy" weights. And I could have done twice the cardio between sets. I could have done another thirty minutes.
I'm starting to realize that my weight loss goals (125 by December 1st, 119 by someday not too long after that) are rather arbitrary. I'm at the point where my body looks GOOD, and I feel good, so while I do want to weigh 119 (even for just one day, just for laughs!) I am getting close to that point where I need to shift my priorities more towards being strong and looking TONED. I think that is going to be a lot harder than losing the weight, because there will be less of a concrete measurement of "success".
I've definitely got a lot to think about over the next few weeks!
