Today I increased my workout at the gym. (All machines have "levels" from one to twenty.)
Elliptical - 15 minutes at level eight, 5 minutes at level ten, 5 minutes at level twelve, cooldown. (I don't like setting it to "odd" levels... a bit of OCD there!)
Treadmill - Around the World setting, 15 minutes at level fifteen, 10 minutes at LEVEL TWENTY!, cooldown. Maybe by Christmas I'll be able to do my full twenty-five minute "hike" at the maximum level! Take that, Mont Blanc and Ayers Rock!
