I started exercising in August. At that point in time, after an hour-long class I was almost immobile the following day. I was literally using the elevator at work instead of going up and down a single flight of stairs... my quads hurt that much! Sitting down hurt, standing up hurt, bending over hurt, leaning hurt... every normal action was totally painful. I did a 90-minute bootcamp class last night, and in the middle of the class I realized that exercise hasn't hurt in a LONG time. Probably even since before I joined Spark, though I'm sure that upping my number of weekly workouts has made it a lot easier on my heart and lungs! This is pretty cool!
