Another month has gone by, how time flies
April saw a lot of success for me. I was happy that I did the BMO 8k run and jogged most of it. took less time than I thought it would.

Eating generally was good. The workouts was good.
weight was good, people have noticed my weight loss and commenting more.

starting weight 181
cw 164

May is going to be a challenge, wedding, birthdays but i am hoping for a 5 pound weight loss

April Plans

March was pretty good in terms of staying on track with the increased being active and monitoring the food and wine intake.

had 2 bad weeks of buffets and decreased activity level.

April see me joining a spring weight loss challenge team that i am very excited to and see some great results

Hav a wedding in May 15 that i will see a lot of friends so i want to look good for sure.

starting weight in February was 181
current weight - 170

I would like to be 165 by the end of April emoticon

I am back!!

Well the last year and a bit was a blur, i really was burnt out, couch potatoe and now it is time to take the workout clothes and dust off the runners and get to finally finally to get to goal weight. Somehow suddenly i felt like this is it, i am ready to begin again and besides i have a wedding to attend in May

I know that it will be a road with lots of challenges but will work with it. I have my coworker Candice who is being my mentor good and bad. She lost over 100 pounds and competed in a body contest. Every friday i have to weigh in to her.

i have started back at the gym on a regular basis

so my starting weight on feb. 10 was 181

New Year to restart

2012 was successful in so many ways but alas i slid back into bad eating and lazy days and hence weight gain.

I have decided i wil focus on eating healthy as much as i can.

Signed up to do 1/2 walking marathon in May
lose 20 pounds by August, 2013
