    I'm a firm believer that if I look at certain food, I gain two to three pounds. I'm feeling kinda ugh myself. Hoping we both feel better soon.

    Yes I know what you mean, sometimes I feel if I just inhale something fattening it's going to go right to my butt hahaha but we can do it!

Trying to keep up with these blogs but I'm finding it hard since the baby got her helmet-shes been very cranky for the past week and I really don't know how I'm going to deal with it for the next 3 months-I hate it.

kashi bar
pirates booty
chicken and broccoli and a biscuit

A blur of busy errands and family coming into town as well as superbowl party-and bad eating.

Tomorrow I'm going to forget the weekend and just continue on-I'd like to focus on weights and DRINKING WATER I swear I think I'm just dehydrated from years of not drinking enough water I feel like I'm catching up from high school which I graduated in 2001...

    Having a couple days off won't kill you. Will you see it on the scale? Possibly. But just like you said- get right back to it. Wallowing in despair and continuing to be unhealthy won't get you anywhere for sure!

    It's amazing how we need the water especially when we actually start drinking it. I feel off when I don't quite get my quota. Sounds like you had a fun weekend - good for you.

kaishi bar
ground chicken, spinach, olives and carrots
spoon of peanut butter
2 dark chocolate squares

edit: walked for an hour outside with baby and did arm exercises with weights
