Vegan Chili-Mac bake
I left out the oil, butter, cayenne and cheese. I added spinach, mushrooms and nutritional yeast. It's in the oven now :)
For dessert I made these Blondie bites.
Instead of bites though I put the mix in a 9x13 pan.
I used canellini beans. Instead of the sugar I used about 1 cup of agave and about 3/4 cup of vegan choc chips (all that I had)
Also tonight I will be making this Cranberry Orange Lentil Quinoa Loaf-
I will be leaving the salsa out. I was not able to find unsweetened cranberries so I am thinking about using cherries. We shall see.
