    So where is Iron Mountain? I wanna go! I'm taking my son to MT tomorrow. He's never seen the dam or the Visitors Center, so it should be fun and I get to play tour guide this time. Hope I remember my way back! LOL

Update on June Goals

Each week, take 1 fitness class at the gym
Be in bed by 2230 on work nights and 2330 when not working the next day
Prime our bedroom
Go through filing cabinet
Make a date night happen with wifey
Hike with Lesa (ABB698)
Apply to Ohio RN to BSN program

Carried over from May Goals-
Increase flexibility
Look through, scan and post some childhood pics
Take care of traffic violation

I have misplaced my goals for June. Grrrr. When I find the paper, I will post!

Here are the goals for May that I was not able to complete and are now part of June's goals:

Increase flexibility
Look through, scan and post some childhood pics
Take care of traffic violation

May goals- follow up

Use massage gift card from X-mas emoticon
Look into clean eating emoticon
Add lower back to ST emoticon
Increase flexibility- will carry over to June goals...still have some work!
Caffeine only at work (3 days a week) -- I have done better than this goal!! I have not had caffeine since May 5th. emoticon
Be done with caffeine by the end of the month emoticon
Work challenge (100,000 steps for the month of May) emoticon Over 900,000 steps. Still haven't won anything though, doh!
Take a Zumba class emoticon
Start the 2 week sugar free challenge -- I did start. Lasted for 3 days. Unintentional ate beet sugar at Whole Foods. I will be doing clean eating plant based foods REAL soon!
Look through, scan and post some childhood pics -- will carry over to June's goals
Take care of traffic violation -- will carry over to June's goals
Study for and pass CEP -- Partially met. Passed the hands-on portion. Retaking the written portion on Monday!

    cool on the caffiene.. did it once, lasted 6 weeks... what a rush that first cup of coffee afterwards was - in every meaning of that word!
good luck with the sugar thing - there're so many forms and variations.. I steer as clear as I can of refined sugar, and use it in great moderation when I do use it.. natural ones are way harder and more challenging to 'root' out..
and good luck Monday - relax, breathe easy, and have confidence in your knowledge..
and have a calm and enjoyable weekend!

    Awesome on the caffeine thing! Isn't it funny how much better just that can make you feel? Good luck with your clean eating and the CEP! I hope you can find a Zumba class you like. I'd invite you to mine, but you have to be a Curves member. Our instructor teaches at a non Curves somewhere in La Mesa. I will find out when and where and maybe we can meet there and check it out! I love Zumba, if you find the right class, you will to!
Oh, and YES! I want to do the Fortunas whenever you're off, let me know! Lena (BEFITWITHGUSTO) wants to join us as well. Let's do it!!
