Caffeine only at work (3 days a week) -- I have done better than this goal!! I have not had caffeine since May 5th.
Be done with caffeine by the end of the month
Work challenge (100,000 steps for the month of May) Over 900,000 steps. Still haven't won anything though, doh!
Take a Zumba class
Start the 2 week sugar free challenge -- I did start. Lasted for 3 days. Unintentional ate beet sugar at Whole Foods. I will be doing clean eating plant based foods REAL soon!
