Yes, this was my dinner tonight. It was totally worth it. Tomorrow I am going to hit the gym and Cowles mountain (hiking) HARD!!!!!

On my 6 nights off from work I plan to get back in the program! Work out, eat right, hike and take care of me! I can do it!

I have eaten a bunch of sugar (cookies, candy) again tonight. I know that I can not stop at "1 piece", so why do I do it! Now my heart is racing, I have heartburn and I feel blah.

    Its addiction and so many of us have it!

We all have slip ups and that's ok. What's important is to get back up after falling down, brush yourself off and keep walking forward!

Next time you feel the urge to eat those cookies and/or candy... think of how you feel right now (heartburn and feel blah) then decide if it's worth it. If the answer is yes, then indulge! If the answer is no - then slowly back away from the sugar and no one will get hurt. emoticon

Keeping track

I am tracking what I eat, the time I eat, total water intake, and my exercise routine. I have been doing most of this on SP but will be doing it outside of SP too. At the end of the week, a friend of mine is going to look it over and see where I can improve.

Last week I was sooooo hungry and this week has started out that way too. Hopefully she will have some feedback for me!
