We had an extra special treat in my body combat class this morning. Our regular instructor brought someone to help him teach the class. A bit pathetic when the highlight of your day is going to the gym, but I have so much fun in my body combat classes.
So as we were doing the class he waits until we are half way to announce there are actually many instructors among us. Lucky us when we had SIX body combat combat instructors. It felt like we had won the jack pot.
At the end of the class I asked our regular instructor to do this every week
He was amused.
I have my brother's Bichons staying with me right now. They are so fun, Baily is vacillating from happy to threatened- lol.
Max seems to want Moo to be a dog. Moo is over it.
I wanted to do a hike this weekend, but my puppy au pair is unavailable. My entire weekend will consist of watching this little crowd.
Having some awesome hiking adventures lately. A few snow hikes:
Sangeetha got this shot of my cucumber snacking. One of my hydration tricks eat wet veggies like cucumber & celery.
Ontario peak with " Advanced Hikes"
I hiked with the Weisers of Weisers Family Farms today. We caught some Fennel Poachers stealing fennel from the preserve.
One of the joys of hiking on a "Preserve" is sight, smell and sound. Why do people pick bags full of plants off of a preserve? Tomorrow we will bring children for a tour and the lovely scent of fennel will be compromised thanks to these poachers. I was polite and refrained from a long lecture leaving them at please never remove our plants again- Grrr!
Baily makes these sad eyes when I leave without her, but today she was suppose to stay home during Body Combat at the gym. She jumped in my car refusing to get out. We met her puppy au pair and spark friend Murphy hiker who walks her while I take body combat. After this we always visit mom.
We lay around and discuss little things and sometimes we have these passionate debates. Everything is fine so long as we all agree mom is always right .

It sure is nice having such a good friend to leave my Baily with when I go on my hikes.
