So I took this picture today after my exercising.
I decided to weigh myself I was back up to 270 pounds. I had been at 264 and feeling good. I know "it was the time of day" "water gain" "your time of the month?" All of these could be factors. It is just that I have been feeling really good, my clothes are fitting better, I am getting better sleep, I have been activie for 30 minutes at least 4 days for the past month. I have been on the Wii with Zumba, Biggest Loser videos, Kettlebell workouts all at home. I have been on the elliptical, treadmill, Arc Trainer, Vasa trainer, a bunch of circuit training- in the last month. Then I GAINED weight
My eating- I feel like it is much better. I am tracking food, of course, I have not been addicted to tracking.
So I think that I will track food better, keep active, and remember that this is a journey.
I would appreciate support and any "I've experienced that... and this is what I tried...."
