Light bulb moment

I think I have not been eating enough-- that is from logging and weighting my food. I know I should have this down by now but alas I am still struggling.. so hear I go eating a more hope I can do the right and not over eat...also I eat my supper between 5 & 6 and try to eat nothing after that.

It was a strange on alright... did food plan last night, woke up this morning--LATE, did only 15 minutes work out (1 Mile) couldn't seem to get moving.. my planned breakfast didn't work, had to make a fast revision... oK of to work right!!! traffic was ridiculous.. got to work an hour late
still cant't seem to get going. well I am going to take a break, count to 100 and start again!!!!
hopefully the afternoon will be better. Cant wait to go on vacation..

  


I argued with my body --exercise or not!!!! Ha ha

Well I woke up this morning and my body said
" I cant go downstairs for a work out this morning"
ME " and why not?"
My body--" I am too tired"
ME- 'You mean too lazy! get your lazy butt out of bed and move it"
My body "but I will be late for work"
ME " it won't be the first time"
MY Body " My feet hurt from yesterday"
Me" that's not an excuse
My body" OK OK I'll do one mile"
Me" after one mile " may as well do the other one. then after mile two ,
My Body " I suppose I may as well do the other two'
so I did all four miles
But my body said " I should loose weight just getting into may underwear with all the sruggling ha have to do. still iam done. and I feel great

Ok yesterday I read a site where it seems a long of people are starting again!!! thanks to everyone that posted, because now I feel a lot better . So here I go again-.. gonna try the meal plan. I generally find it difficult because they don't have the kind of food that I eat. so I am going to try more new stuff. something must work... when all else fails I remind myself the words of my son "mom you are 63 not 36... oh such a wise son...
