Last week was crazy! With a slow start to the week with losing weight and two Thanksgiving dinners, I would really have been happy the have just broke even with my weight- not to have lost but also not to have gained. Instead, when I weighed in today, I saw that I had lost a pound and a half!
I think I have to give credit to the fact that yesterday, I got right back on track with eating right. I went to a baptism yesterday, and I told my boyfriend that I did not want any cake and that he needed to hold me to that. He did so, and I feel bad because I got a little bit grumpy with him because the cake looked really yummy and I really wanted some (I'll thank him today). But I had to keep in mind that I also really wanted to see a difference on the scale when I weighed in this morning, and instead I had fruit for dessert. It payed off! I also made sure that even though I was feeling a little discouraged last week, I still exercised everyday.
So now I am ready to get back on track, full force. I really want to lose a total of 15 pounds by the time Christmas comes around and I'm half way there right now!
