Welllll hmm. Blogging is not my strong point. I did try the 28-day bootcamp. It says it's for beginners and doesn't require you to have choreography skills...but I found some of the moves challenging because I have two left feet even for simple tasks. walking and chewing gum....forget it! Anyway, I gave it a shot and will do it again.
I changed things up a bit for my fitness days and routines because I was having a hard time being consistent. I'm hoping this mix is easier to work with.
Also back to tracking everything I eat. Hoping for results in the right direction this time. emoticon

So it was a rough week for desire to exercise....Mainly cardio. On the positive side I managed to watch my meals and do some of the strength exercises. By Friday I was back on track and planning meals for the weekend.
Today my biggest accomplishment was making a plan to eat out for breakfast. I looked up several similar dishes and added them to my tracker to make a comparison. When I got to the restaurant I knew I would make choices based on that info. I was able to enjoy my favorites without guilt or feeling hungry. I brought home left overs! I updated my tracker to reflect my choices and I was totally within my ranges.

Great job on your success of choosing your meals... hope you had a great time...

I, too had a problem with completing my cardio exercises this week... but no sweat I will try and keep doing my exercises.. been trying new things to keep me motivated and wanting to do more.. Maybe later I could go for a walk to make up for missing exercises...

As, long as your are tracking your intake then things will pull together,,,, Your journey seems to be coming together just fine. emoticon

I'm having one of those days. I ate ok and am not sick but I am not terribly motivated to DO anything. I don't even want to walk in the park even tho the sun is shining and I love the park. I tracked my food and saw the fitness goals for today. I got tired of waiting for a cardio work out to load. I managed to get my upper body work out in and some of a cardio. But that is all for me today. It's just not happening. I know this will pass and I will be ready to roll soon. Maybe even tomorrow.

It was one of those days were I started early and didn't have a moment until much later in the evening. so....When I saw what my fitness exercises were I decided I didn't even need to change clothes. I did push ups, tricept extensions, and boxer in my work clothes including gold hoop earrings. A much fancier wardrobe than I would normally relegate to exercise. But it's the end of the day. the clothes were loose enough and they are going in the laundry anyway. C'est la vie!
Got. it. done. Cardio was another story...I got it in by bits. not even sure how to track it. So im not going to. I know I was active and mindful and Im leaving it at that.
