Week 3 & 4 mini goal progress

This is my update for week 3 & 4, I've been working out for 4 weeks now and I'm down 4lbs yeah). I still have 3 more weeks to lose lose 6lbs and meet my goal. This upcoming week I'm going to focus on doing strength training about 2x and watch my caloric intake because I'm still having problems staying within my caloric range, I went over 3x last week so that is something that I have to work on and stay focus. The thing I like about this mini goal is that even though the weight loss is slow it's actually staying off. Until next time.

Week 2 mini goal progress

Well I've completed week 2 of my mini goal (yeah). I've been doing cardio a lot so I will include a little strength this new week. I didn't lose any weight this pass week but I've been feeling full of energy and my clothes is fitting a little better already so I'm happy and excited about that. I've also noticed that I've been looking forward to getting up and working out, when my alarm goes off I'm up and getting ready to work out, no more hitting the snooze button and saying I'll workout later. I hope to lose at lease 1 lb this week but I'm just so happy that I have energy and I'm getting back into working out and being healthy. Until next week emoticon

  


Week 1 mini goal progress

I've completed the first week of my mini goal and I've lost 2lbs, so I'm happy about that. I still have 6 more weeks to lost the remaining 8lbs. The first week was good and it was challenging I did have a few days that I ate crazy but I still managed to stay within my caloric range but I need to limit my fatty foods for this up coming week. I got a new treadmill as a present (yeah) so I've been using it for about 2 days now and I love it, I just get up and get on it and get my workout done, it's so convenient. This week I hope to lose at lease 2 more pounds. I will be using my treadmill all this week for my cardio. I will check in next week with my progress. emoticon

Starting Over With a Mini Goal

This is my first enrty for this new year and I want to have a positive out look on life and this journey I'm on to lose this weight once and for all. I've set a mini goal for myself to lost 10 lbs by 1 march 2010. I will be posting my progress every week. I'm giving myself 7 weeks to accomplish this goal, I believe this is enough time to reach this goal.

A new start

Well here I am again in this fight to keep the weight off. I was doing great I got down to 153 and was loving it, but I kind of slacked off and the weight came back so I'm back to 160, it's okay I'm not going to beat myself up over it, I know I can lost it again so today is a new day and a new begining for me, I'm happy to be here so I can start over again. It's so funny how had it is to take the weight off but how quickly it can come back, I will keep that in mind the next time I want to eat something that's not that great for my body.

    You can do it! In fact, we are pretty much the same weight. . .and I know exactly how you feel at 160 because it is the weight that all sorts of bad things start happening to me and my body- -it's my horror weight! So I'm here to let you know that you are not alone. . .and starting over is the best thing you can do for yourself. Just hang in there and never give up!
