MAN BRRRRRRRRRRRR yet again the wind is so darn cold. Oh well no snow so far that is a plus!!!
Allie woke me this am by staning on her back legs and paws on the bed trying to get to my face, I was turned the other way lol So it was 7 am!!! up we got and allie and I went for a 2 mile walk. My back was sore on the r side when we started, then didn't do too bad and near the end was sore again. Came back, fed her, did dads socks, came here for bit, then went up and did 20 mins of upper body stuff and 10 of stretches for my back.
I never thought I would say this but can't wait to get off wheat.... I am always always hungry, eating way more than I need even if it is good stuff, eating more grain than I need. None of this went on while I was off grains.yes the last week before I started eating grain was getting hard but still nothing like this craving and not really wanting sweets just carbs. So my dr apt is the 23rd, wheat belly author is in town the 25th and naturopath is the 26th good progression. I have to decide if I can afford or want to afford $30 to go listen to dr davis. Think so.
Oaky going to go and have a shower and get a bit of stuff done around before we head out. We are going to visit sil, our niece left easter sunday and she is now settling into the apartment, she needs help with curtains etc. so hubby will put up her patio door curtains today and whatevr else she can't do. We will have lunch then visit and come home.
Best get a move on and besides this was long enough sitting. I am back buddies, and on a roll. Going to gt this body moving more, structured exercises beside walking, and back to eating well asap ( yes still doing better but you know what I mean) and the biggest thorn still - learn more recipes and try them!!! thanks anjay I need that push!!! and asked why I haven't gotten that book the person that was to return it is overdue. oh well can't use it right now anyway.
