Today, I promise I will not quit.

The weather outside is frightfull and the snow not so delightful... let it melt let it melt. lol
At least we know this snow doesn't stay really long but there sure is lots of it. Oh well at least my body didnt let me down LOL AHHA it knew 2 days ago this was coming. I need a job on the weather network! lol
Soooooooo, stuck in for now,will get out later to get blood taken at hospital for my dr apt next week. Dad is all ticked cos I said not to go out, if he gets stuck in driveway only hubby can do anything so he says his radio stn says roads are fine, I said okay but the drift in front of your car is there, wether they can see it or not. But the schools and even universities are closed... Go for your coffee dad, even though I know it is all about his independance he can be so stubborn.
Going to do 15 mins on bike, and some lower body stuff today, My back now that I am moving around is better than it was since 4 am. this magnesium doesnt seem to be working but early days. I will take one at bedtime this eve and see. I ddint last night as trying to figure when is best.
Okay off to make some hot oatmeal and blueberries with flax. Cya later

Yesterday my back hurt all day, wasn't an ache it hurt. Even when I was laying in bed at the end of biggest loser ( on from 9-11 pm here) it was hurting. I got up and took my probiotic and thought goign to take a magnesium, she said up to 6 if needed. So been taking 3 a day as suggested and then took the one at bedtime. Not sure if that helped but slept well till 6:30 when Allie started barking at something outside. We had a good walk, till about 2/3 way home I was doing great then my back of my R knee just went tight and I could barely walk. No reason I was fine. Took about a block and half of real limping to get moving good again. Fine again now.
I came here, did fit bit, status and wheel, then went down to dad, then did dishes and dnow back for few mins then will start breakfast. have to really split up sitting time, I want to find what is causing this hurt. Not the same type of pain.
So today will do upper body exercises. I have a plan lol then will report in to von. lol
Okay for now that is the day, when hubby gets up I am sure more will be added or dd will call. lol Hey maybe a visit to Thomas and Eva?

After a very poor nights sleep, and a bitter cold walk this am, I am now disecting my day yesterday to see what caused my sleep to be so full of pain after 2 nights of relatively good sleep.
So I have realized that I had very little to drink be it water, or tea yesterday. We were at the pub and the water was gross and forgot my brita water filter bottle. Then had a tea at Davids tea and maybe 2 more at home. Water with my supplements but that was it. I also realized I sat here too much, yes I got over my 10,000 steps but sat too long at one time. These 2 things probably contributed to my pain level becoming 8 or more by 9:30 pm and continuing on during the night. My back hurt in that one spot so bad.
Having realized this, makes me much more determined to get my water in and move more. So despite fridgid winds this am, Allie and I walked a good long walk in the bright sun. Came home and I filled 2 of my 3 bottles and have one here and one on the counter at the ready. I also have done one or two things on here, then got up and moved around, did a small chore or just "lol joyinky" walked.
My spark friend VON_1962 and I have promised to work out sarting for 15 mins daily. So this am after hubby is up and we have eaten breakfast, he will be watching his show and I can go upstairs and do my bike. Yes I have to wait as our exercise room is now next to the bedroom too much noise to go on it while he is stil asleep.
So today I found that awesome pic that is on my previous blog, and I intend to do that to the fullest.
Despite back pain today, I will determine what can be done to help that pain and work through and around it! I will drink my water, and my green tea, will eat my gf, sugar and dairy free diet, move my body and take some time to just be, and I will get some chores done cos tht always satisfies me.
