After a very poor nights sleep, and a bitter cold walk this am, I am now disecting my day yesterday to see what caused my sleep to be so full of pain after 2 nights of relatively good sleep.
So I have realized that I had very little to drink be it water, or tea yesterday. We were at the pub and the water was gross and forgot my brita water filter bottle. Then had a tea at Davids tea and maybe 2 more at home. Water with my supplements but that was it. I also realized I sat here too much, yes I got over my 10,000 steps but sat too long at one time. These 2 things probably contributed to my pain level becoming 8 or more by 9:30 pm and continuing on during the night. My back hurt in that one spot so bad.
Having realized this, makes me much more determined to get my water in and move more. So despite fridgid winds this am, Allie and I walked a good long walk in the bright sun. Came home and I filled 2 of my 3 bottles and have one here and one on the counter at the ready. I also have done one or two things on here, then got up and moved around, did a small chore or just "lol joyinky" walked.
My spark friend VON_1962 and I have promised to work out sarting for 15 mins daily. So this am after hubby is up and we have eaten breakfast, he will be watching his show and I can go upstairs and do my bike. Yes I have to wait as our exercise room is now next to the bedroom too much noise to go on it while he is stil asleep.
So today I found that awesome pic that is on my previous blog, and I intend to do that to the fullest.
Despite back pain today, I will determine what can be done to help that pain and work through and around it! I will drink my water, and my green tea, will eat my gf, sugar and dairy free diet, move my body and take some time to just be, and I will get some chores done cos tht always satisfies me.

Nearly bedtime as I am not getting good sleeps past 4 am lately. I will mention to the naturopath that I a getting hot flashes that are waking me early. Perhaps she can add something to the mix. I go see her tomorrow at noon.
So was in pain off and on awake off and on from 4 am, got up at 6;30 Allie and I went for a walk, she did very well as did I. We went about an hr drive away to visit our friends we have known omg since 1980some, they drive half way we drive half and meet at a small family restuarant. I had lemon grilled chicken and veggies. Found out after they have a gf menu so I and Jon will check that out next time.
Went down to dd this eve with allie, she had a playtime with her sister and dd otther dog nico. Now she is home, tired and happy which is good as she was in her kennel this afternoon and would have wanted to be out and walking.
Back has been pretty good, I brought an ice pack with me for the drive but didnt' need it at all till we were 3/4 way home. Even now at 9 itis sore but manageable. Perhaps the laser at chiro has helped.
So will let you all know what goes on at the naturopath tomorrow. Should be interesting, is she going to eliminate more......... dont think she will add anything back yet. lol
NIGHT all, going to go to bed early and read and hopefully sleep.

Good afternoon sparkers!!!!
Woke way too early again with a lot of pain in my R back, I swear it is from the way I lay with my leg over and pulling, but when you have done it forever, and wake up like that. I have pillows everywhere. Each time I wake I bring it back in line. And Allie woke early again, and so we were out for a walk by 6:45 but I do enjoy them just not waking that early, after being awake since 4. So went for a good walk, cos I wasn't too bad when we got going. Supposed to rain so thought do it now.
We went to chiro, he put me on the machine, adjusted me, Nucca way no cracking, then said what about laser, I said last time it was painful after. but he used one that wasn't as intense and so far the 2 mins with the laser has seemed to help too. So far 4 hrs later still good. I also asked him to watch me stand for posture as I have been trying to correct it, and he said yes that was good, I wasn't too tall or holding my head too high.
Dropped hubby off at blood donation and went to the store, got the stuff to make salad dressing and a few other things. Came back home, took alile around block, put her in the car and we went to pick him up. Left her in the back ( have a wagon ) and told her to stay and when we came back I figured she would be in the front seat etc. but she was layign down in the back! good girl LOL Her only thing now is to start leaving her in the house alone for a few mins without her kennel. Have to tidy up before we do that not too much temptation.
and for those that wondered, Hubby and Allie have finally made up! LOL they are back to normal again so that is good.
Dad wants to go out for supper, so asked me did I want to have poached haddock again. LOL I said sure, he and hubby will have schnitzel OH yum, and I will have fish and veggies, had my big salad at lunch. Also want to stop and get some dates as forgot when I went.
Okay best go walk around and do a bit of stretching, I can feel my upper back getting tight.
