Whatever walking I am doing today will be around the house or maybe at one grocery store but don't think we have to get anything. My knee is not hurting all the time but stairs are still wicked. Hubby has to make a self below the one open counter area, then I will be able to hide some stuff recycling mostly.
I will then go buy some material to make a curtain for there and the window. Finally the kitchen that I have been thinking of for a few years.
Hubby is going to cut down the tree in front yard, bittersweet as it is a lilac and I love them, but it doesn't bloom much and we need to widen the driveway to accomodate dads car. Even if he stops driving, we will keep it to get him here and there as he can't get into the truck very well.
So even though it isn't what I wanted and way way way low on steps, I am still keeping busy adn trying to move. I ate a good med. size healthy salad for lunch and have my water. I will not gain while I can't walk. That is an issue for me, cos find I get bored and then wander and find anyyyyyyyyyything to eat.
Okay off I go, turning off till evening, fitbit is charged and fine too.

OH How annoying this is. My R knee is sore to go downstairs even with brace, and my L side leg well it just aches aand hurts. My front of my calf is so painful tight like. My back of the knee isn't too bad and now getting odd pains in the hmmm roll from my hysterectomy and then in my butt. Ironically my thigh area has no pain, just butt, outter groin well not really more where my leg and body attach under that roll and my entire L calf and foot. Now I really don't think this is all back related. Butt yea, but why even when sitting or laying or painting or walking...... is my calf so very sore!!!???
my massage friend said it is related to tight hamstrings and glutes and yea maybe. I am hesitant to go to dr as he has started saying it is from your back and I can onnly offer you a shot. Well you know, I know and he knows that there will be no shots till I can't tolerate it.
I am going to make a call for massge and perhaps pyhsio too see if that helps. My friend said I need a good butt rub!!! she lives way too far to go to, but I have many here to call.
So even still walked to library, hubby came to carry my books AHHH. lol now going to go walk but staying on sidewalk and closer to home, bringing phone just incase I need hubby to pick me up.

I don't remember what day it is I can go back and look but know that I have gotten more than 10 mins of exercise daily since I started. Know lol it isn't near a year like MOSTOMS challenge to herself was.
I am going to walk today, slower I think but going to walk. MY R knee is bad, woke up from a good sleep well no pain sleep, and my R knee is swollen and hurts quite bad in the back, making me wonder if a bakers cyst there too. hmmm so will have to take care and go shorter and not as fast perhaps. do more walks just not hr. Will try that and see. Today I am limping even with the brace so not a good sign.
Okay off to get this day started, sunny, supposed to warm up. Book waiting at library, and some stuff to do. Also spend some time getting things in the trailer so when have a space we can move it to storage ( at an rv place nearby) so we can use the driveway. Cya later have a super healthy and happy day.

Okay Sparkers!!!!! lets bring in May in fine fashion!!! What are you all going to do to make today a special healthy day for you... That harks back to BEMORESTUBBORN and her question to me, "What can you do today, to make your tomorrow better for you?".
Being a slow learner lol I haven't always listened to her or more so did what I should have, will say those words are in my mind every day usually more than once!!! And it is working!! Finally I am seeing the scale go down, my jeans and tops getting too big!!
So this May I am challenging myself big time. I am doing better on exercise, was doing great on food, but have been slacking. Starting today I am back to logging food at least for a week to see how I am doing compared to what my fitbit says I am using in cals. I am not good at logging food, for some reason it is tedious and I just don't stick with it. HAPPYWALKER totally understands this! LOL
I am seeing a sunny day opening up before me, with temps supposed to be up to 10 this afternoon, that is still not too warm but at least it isnt 0 - freezing as it was yesterday am. Today when I woke it was +3.Colder now than in March. Oh well spring is on it's way!
So today I ask of all of you....."what are you going to do today to make your tomorrow a better and healthier day for you??" ME - walk x2, eat healthy no processed foods and enjoy life!

LOL I was off puter for while, we are getting snow drops I will call them, rain that is snow till gets close to ground then rain. Has stopped now - glad we are home as it is winder than yesterday! BRRRRRR
I realized yesterday that I still got exercise in, cos my mid back was hurting so told hubby, watch my purse and bag of stuff as I am walking. So when it stopped raining I walked the entire RV center 3x so still got my exercise in. Glad as can say day 13 and only day that may be iffy was the full blown cold day which i still moved more than normal, just slower.
Dd was down to see trailer, and LOVES it, says like a small apt. LOL yea cos of the 2 slides it does go square. Ds will be over in while, they are shopping and errands and we are going out for a few mins too. He will be over later too to get his taxes done.
So all left is to get dad down and show him. HE will not be happy with us but I have to learn to let that go. He will think it is stupid, a huge indulgence, but I often think of then sitting home constantly doing nothing, and years ago in his 50s wishing he had a boat, but mum saying no and him not doing it. I often say I wil do something that we want. So he will shake his head, think bad things and then get over it.
Okay gotta go get a tad prettier if we are going to go out! LOL
HUGS and I will now get more exercise walking at a good pace cos it is bloody cold! BRRR
