Sure there is no sun out, but I can create my own. I took the dog out for a walk and met up with an old walking dog friend who is out earlier than I am nowdays. I was up early cos have dr apt this am and wanted to get our walk in. Was great to catch up and have a chat.
Did a silly thing this am, I rarely get on the scale more than once a week if that. Well weighed in sat for the 5% challenge and thought hey do it this am cos going to dr etc. and I am up! I wasn't impressed but then thought, good grief girl it is the start of day 3, day 1 I was over in cals, and yea I am walking more,and moving more but not that much till I find out from dr and physio about the brace. So give myself a pat on the back for what I have done, even if the scale hasn't acknowledged it!!
I have to go to dr this am and then we are going to dads and dds. I may run over a tiny pr of booties mil knitted for eva as forgot to give them to them yesterday. Thomas was funny, I went over for a min last night to drop something off, and he was laying in hallway getting his bum changed looks up says hi ya! then sounded like howya doin but not sure, so I said I am well how are you, he just smiled LOL anna just laughed what do you think he said!

So keep on doing what I am doing, walking more, walking with joyinky every day! lol eating healthier and less and just thinking positive. I also try hard to get in at least 15 mins of yoga or meditation rest every day. Oh must sign up for back care yoga today for tomorrow. I imagine she is back and my knee is still sore but I can pad it or do variations.
Okay best go brush my teeth, won't want to breath on the dr! lol and get ready to start this day.... make it a great day and you won't be dissapointed in your choicees!
Editing to say dr apt was fine, go back in feb for refills and notes on spec apt in Jan. Said walk when you are able, do what you know you can do and you do realize there is only so much I can help you with... take tylenol or your morphine if needed. I know you wont overtake either so just take care, don't fret over your house stuff and have a good xmas. good you are trying to lose wt, won't harp on you cos you know what to do and yes it is hard when you are told not to move too much.
So was pleased with him, and he with me. Now off to get the rest of the day underway. I am hungry, but not sure what I want, immediately go for toast but know that is reflex. I think some greek yogurt with blueberries. had cereal with banana but that didnt fill me this am. add some walnuts to the yogurt and flax.
there solved that, if still "hungry" when I am done that's what I will have.
