Time flies these days it seems. I find I am always busy and have no time to get this house in order. We are always doing something or I am on here lol
I had a blog thought this am, about that picture from yesterdays blog. I printed it out full page size and have it on the fridge, think I will copy some and put in the cupboard on the counter....
I had a hard time this morning in bed. I was laying on my back when I woke, and that in itself made my back sore, then I stretched and got a charly horse in my thigh. I had a pain in my back, knee, thigh, and shoulder. I told hubby can you rub my back. okay now my shoulder, my neck. I said don't want arthur itis sharing our bed any longer. Man I am sore this am but is super foggy and rainy. Weather changes are usually a few days earlier which it was but still is. Then I felt like my belly was huge and I just got omg just get up and move, that helps my arthrits and maybe wouldn't think of my belly. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO this 5% challenge is very timely. I know I know challenges etc I don't do well with them, this time I will say I know I don't do well adn that is self sabotage so STOP IT!
I am on the Cats team and hope to do well for them and myself and know I will make new spark friends and renew acquaintances.
Now to go check them out and then make the rest of the thank you cards for Anna and Eva.
HUGS all geseh a nap may be in order too. Grocery shopping wore me and my knees out!!!

I got this little timely reminder from LADYBUD2 spark page.... how much more visual, factual do I have to see to get my butt in gear!!!
And my OTHER hand lol ( my status said my other hand won and I am going to go to yoga) has lost. Yoga for this am, was cancelled. she has a sick child and only 3 of us were signed up. She sent us a video to do and even mentioned no forward flexion Cindy! LOL so will see how I fare, and am going up to my craft room, where I have a mat and my yoga mat, candles etc and do some relaxing poses anyway.
Today is the day we have our apointment with the buddy about the modular home that is nearer the city. I am so anxious that it will be way out of our price line but am excited cos maybe it won't be. Oh well whatever will be- we have other options.
Okay this am, now that I am going to be home, will consist of my me- yoga time, some laundry and perhaps a run to the store. Right now the dog wants in!

well dd was sad, her fancy shower thingy, only works for a shower stall so there goes 240$ but then she was happy.... she can at a later date, ( lol when dad forgets all the work of this bathroom) renovate her downstairs which is only a shower stall and use it there, but in the meantime has to buy a new shower head, taps for this one.
So we didnt'get a lot done in the bathroom, I cleaned some of her house and visited with her friend who showed up to visit dd.Her friend was her bridesmaid and she is so sweet a very nice girl with a level head. I hope she comes to spark as she wants to lose wt. So we all had a chat then she left to get her son, we left to go find a new shower head. We also did a bit of shopping so omg my feet were aching again as were my knees. But she found one that is a bit too $$ and one she likes almost as well that is 100 less. going to show her hubby and decide.
Not alot more new, going to rest soon and think will try to soak in the tub tonight. My bed is calling me! not sure about yoga tomorrow as my knees are still really sore. I will probably go and not worry about doing anything on my knees, she will show me variations.
off to rest. I am so beat.

Well this am I am chosing to be optimistic, even though I am not walking well. My knee is acting up big time probably from falling on Thurs. It has very little flexion but it will get better if I watch myself for a few days. Thought oh man I can't even walk, but hey I can do some upper strength stuff!!! WOW
I have a new idea that I am going to try out. One is make a few ideas of things to do when I start the boredom eating or wandering around house. I will put in knit a few rows, tidy bookcase in craft room, do load of laundry, go through house ideas book etc. and put in a small flower pot -draw one out and do it for a while. I have lots of ideas. I can even incorperate do a joyinky walk, do 10 wall pushups, etc.
I also am going to try to take some meal plans and make some breakfast ideas, some lunch ideas and supper and then just have them all separate with the cal amount on them. Choose what I want and then if the cals are allowed I can use that one for the day, at least then I have some ideas for meals. May be a bit harder fur supper if I have beef out thawing or fish ect. but still can work.
I also want to make some workouts, I have a few dvds, but not any that are just strenght training. I wish I knew of a good one for that.... any ideas anyone?? but do have magazine articles ect. and can use them A few months ago I made my bullitin board up with all my cut outs together but alas haven't been down to use them.
Well this 5% challenge is going to make me do it, I have got to get some wt off these poor kneees and back. So thankful it is only 50 lbs although it is a huge amt for me, I so know it is doable.
Okay if I am going to get some of this done, better get off here, We are going to lisas later to see if he can't figure the plumbing issue. even the snake isnt' working and pretty ssure neither mur nor mike want to go on the roof to check the vent line! eeek.
