Feel as if I am somewhat back on track. This am, I didn't walk the dog,but did walk around the inside of my main floor 20 times. Did a good rate too so that is 480 steps that were easy and non thinking.
I have eaten a good healthy breakfast and have my water here. One cup of green tea. Starting to have problems drinking my water now that it is getting colder. So before I drink my hot tea ( weak green tea no milk no sugar), I will drink 1 cup of water. That will ensure at least 4 cups a day.
Today we go to Windsor and have lunch at TIms with our friends, going to check their nutrition before I go and then meet with the cottage people. We have our questions and plan changes ready and hope we don't forget too many once we are home.
SO what will I do today to make my tomorrow better?
-start eating veggie intentionally again
-yoga ( this eve back care yoga!)
-drink my water
That is good for now, I have been so lax and just feeling so overwhelmed that it just seems as if we were busy from up to down. Today is our day, then tomorrow back to dil. Sat sun and or monday will be with dd again probably. I may chose not to go and stay home and get organized.
Okay best get moving want to walk around the house 20 more times, have a shower and get moving.
WIll share, am gettin small flutters in various parts of my body, today it is quite noticeable in my R eye the one that went red. I go to the dr nov 4th and am goign to ask if I should return to my eye dr with this info.
Got my first payment from insurance, but they also sent a letter saying they are reviewing my claim and will let me know further along.......
