All Weight lost...but

Monday, May 24, 2010

loose skin LOL! I thought that it was just fat that I needed to loose and so I kept up the whole exercise thing. Although I won't stop that part hehehe I asked my doc and she was like ummm..... theres not a lot of fat at all. I was like YES! Then I asked her if there was a way to tighten the skin. She was like you can try but if you want too I can give a referal for a Plastic Surgeon. LOL WOO HOO heheehehe I was like that would be awesome. I asked if they could make my boobs more perky LOL she just laughed. We all know they can LOL. I don't need perky ones but my husband would he would like larger LOL. I love my husband hehehehe he is such a man LMBO!!!!!!!

I have lost 2" in height - which leaves me with a "wedge" at the front and nothing can be done about it here in the UK - unless I pay several thousand pounds for plastic surgery - but having had several operations recently, I think I will keep the "wedge" - it is a reminder of my lost height - and H4J?? You can have my boobs anytime you want them! Mine are huge and I don't appreciate them really - being single kind of makes them surplus to requirement!!!! ROFL! emoticon

I know the feelings well on both parts. I have found keeping my skin hydrated with lotion and toning with strength training helps some but these are our war wounds and can be thankful we won this battle, hopefully a good reminder to keep us out of it in the future.

Almost there!!

Monday, October 26, 2009

Today I am PROUD to announce that I have 9 lbs left to loose!! I weighed myself saturday and was shocked that I lost 2.6 lbs! Even when I couldn't exercise the week before! The MonSter made me have to relax and do nothing but when I was able to exercise again I did. I wasn't expecting to loose at all. Let alone 2.6 lbs!! I jumped up an down and screamed it is such a good feeling! It helps to know how to eat even when you can't exercise! I have a feeling that, that is what helped. Thank you Spark for helping with that!. I'm almost there!! YAY!!! soon I will post my Before and after shots for all to see! heheheeheeeeeheeehehe

Biggest Looser...my Biggest Motivation

Thursday, August 13, 2009

I have watched Biggest Looser since season one. I can't get enough. In the begining when I watched I was very over weight and yet I would still criticize the contestants for being fat. It took me until the the 3rd season to actually get up off the couch and try. AND of course I gave up many times. But when I started to take the advice of Jillian and every bit of advice she gave and use it, I started to loose! Not very quickly but it was something. That was motivation enough for me! So I kept it up and now I am challenging myself along with SparkPeople and My Saviour Jesus Christ and Biggest Looser to actually loose it all! I now have 18 lbs left to go and I am so happy! I feel wonderful! My husband compliments me all the time! I have to thank the Biggest Looser for being such a great show. This country and all the overweight and obese people who live here needed this. Many people are loosing weight and becoming healthy and not Dying. If BL doesn't motivate you and you hate it than don't watch it anymore and find something else to help you loose weight! Good Luck and God Bless!

Slacking on my blogs (Walk MS Modesto)

Friday, July 10, 2009

I know I promised I would blog about the MS walk I went on. I think that if it had gone way better I would have blogged a long time ago. The walk itself went pretty well, unfortunatly for me my family and I had recently moved here to Cali. So I didn't have any friends yet and no where to fundraise. My Inlaws told me that they would walk with me and my family. It irked me that they wouldn't even wear an orange shirt like everyone else. Apparently orange wasn't their color. It was a small walk. I didn't get a t-shirt because I didn't raise any money. So after all was said and done we went home a little upset but I forgave them for being so oh how would you put it, ignorant? I think thats god. Because this walk ment a lot to me, my husband and my kids understood that because they have walked with me for the past 5 years. I wish my BFF was here she soo would have waked with me, She would have painted herself orange for me. Ugh! Anyway, I am sitting here to also tell you about a fundraising idea I am going to do here on Base. If you have ever heard of the game called Bunco well I got together with a person here that is helping me set up a Bunco fundraising night. In October and I am all sorts of excited. I will tell you more as it gets closer. So far its just things getting put into place like a bunch of orange colored dice heheheeheheheheeh! Wish me luck!!!!!!
