Step it Up Friday

Today I took a resting day. I ate well though I am low on calories. I took care of myself in many non fitness ways and I feel wonderful. I'm going to journal before bed and I had 1 serving of sweets. Tomorrow I'll do at least sixty fitness minutes, quite possibly more. It is 108 today with the heat index in St. Louis, keep me inside thank you very much.

I hope all is well in your world.

    Well, my wife is away and I sort sat around, ate, and wished she was home. Tomorrow I'll get up, dust myself off, and get back on track. Glad to hear that your are well.

Sleeping
The bad: Calories and sweets.

I had a fabulous and fun day and I feel amazing.

Step it Up Wednesday

I did 35 minutes on the treadmill with only 10 minutes of walking. I did two miles without walking. Yes!!!
I did 30 minutes strength training and it felt so good.
I did have 1/2 cup of ice cream and it was tasty.
I probably went over my calories but not terribly. I had my 5 freggies and 20 waters.
I did sleep seven hours last night and will try hard to do it again tonight.
I journaled, including pasting in a picture that says "You are stronger than you think you are."
And I am blogging!

A pretty awesome day except for the high calories.
I also worked for 40 minutes and struck out the whole time. But that means there is lots of potential for success the next time. Money comes easily and frequently.

Sleeping most likely will be fine, I've got some work to do but should sleep 10-6.

I'm six hundred calories short, mostly carbs and fat which is weird for me. Maybe I'll eat some garlic bread tonight. :D Yummy

Step it Up Monday

I went to the gym before work and did my Couch 25k and kicked it's butt.
Then it was time to get to work, so only 30 mins. Hmmm...but the goal is sixty minutes. I thought I'd do a walking video (5 12' miles) but work got in the way. Hmmm...but the goal is sixty minutes. I picked up Persephone and fed her and worked with her on phonics. Then I asked her if she wanted to walk back to baby mama's house and she did! She was great, we walked and danced and jogged and sang and she made it the whole way with no whining!

It's a 1.5 mile walk each way. So I dropped her off and walked home for a total of 65 minutes and 5 miles of fitness!

I've also journaled, had tons of water, and am about to get my seven hours of sleep. I did not have any concentrated sweets but I did have a TON of fruit.

So far, so good!
