My goal for January was to lose 10 lbs. I lost 6.2 lbs. I didn't reach my goal, but I did do much better on nutrition and exercise. Nutrition has been much better. That's not to say I haven't eaten any junk, I have, but much less than I was. Exercise has been more consistent as well, but again, I can do better. Overall, both nutrition and exercise has improved and most days I track my food. I'm always one to want the weight to come off quickly so I'm focusing on being patient and making changes that will stick this time around.
My goal for February is to lose 8 lbs. We're going out of town next weekend so there will be a few restaurant meals. I'll do my best to make good choices. I want to be at goal or very close by the end of July.
