Haven't posted in a few days....Wednesday, February 11, 2009
It's been a minute..I've been studying for a midterm and it's been crazy busy. I can't believe it. I just joined weight watchers at work hoping to get some extra motivation and help on portion control. It's a 12 week session and I'm looking forward to it. Found another walking buddy right here at work. We are both in the same boat weight wise and have much weight to drop. I'm looking forward to re-educating myself on healthier eating habits. I'm walking more and using the stairs more.

It's late....Sunday, February 08, 2009it's late and I realized I haven't been on here for a minute...i can't believe how I lose track of time....I haven't been hard core as I should be. My boyfriend reminded me (nicely of course) that in order to see results I gotta get down and dirty and sweat! So from tomorrow forward I'm making a stronger effort and will make a promise to come on sparks to track my work outs. ![]()
