I hoping that this week is better than last week. I have been working on getting back to my right eating habits. Is been hard but I've been working on it. Things are just getting to crazy at work to be able to do anything at home. When I get home I'm just so tried that I just wont to sit down and put my feet up and relax. But I know is wrong to do that. Today I did not exercise. Cause I went to work at 3:30 pm and got out at 10:00 pm. So when I got home my feet and my back hurt so bad that I had to relax. But tomorrow when I get home from work I will relax for about 1 hour then go for a walk around the neaberhood and exercise for about 45 mins. Just to get myself back on track.
