Don't think I'm going to make for my next goal

Just looking at my time that I have to my next goal today. And I don't think I'm going to make it to it. I wont to stay with a postive additute. But I've been at the same waight for the past month. I hope it just that my body is trying to keep up with my waigh as were is at now. But I really wont to get to my goal. But with my work and my back really bugging me is been really hard. But starting to day I will be working harder to get there.

    You are doing such a great job as it is. Hang in there and you'll make it. I just tell myself I didn't gain all of this weight overnight and it's not going to come off overnight either.

    You can do it! Try doing different exercises or different foods. You may need to jump start your body into loosing weight again. I am doing a 12 days of Christmas challenge for myself. It is 12 days that you commit yourself to do certain things. I am hoping that it is a short time that I can push myself to do it, but that it will trigger some weight loss. Hang in there and everything comes in time!

    You're doing just fine! Look at how you reached the goal you set in October. Just remember that this time of year is harder for everyone whith all the food going around. Relax and just enjoy the new you that you are & that you're working to become. You'll get there because you are making healthy choices. I've seen a message board (although i've never visited) about impatience. give it a look. My motto: "All things in time"

Man it has been a rough rode for with losing this waight. But I finally made it. When I went to weigh today I seen that I had finally reached my goal. October 31st I wonted to be down to 250 lbs. Well I am there. 25lbs gone and will not come back. Now I have 20 lbs to lose by December 31st. And I will get there. Because I know I can doing it. Cause I made it this for and I will keep on going.

It has been a rock rode. But keeping up on tracking my calories and now having time to work out is starting to pay off. I have lost a total of 15 lbs. And is feeling great. I am starting to fit in cloths that I have not fit in for a long time that has sat in my close for a long time. My husband and my mom has noticed that I have lost some weight. I have 10 more lbs to go before I can get my new pair of shoe and I can't wait. I total my husband that I will be getting a new pair he said I didn't need another pair. But when I total him that it was going to be a reward for losing 10 more lbs he said that it was ok. Because I'm doing what I've been wonting to do. Lose weight and getting healthy for owr new life together.

I tried on a pair of paints that was really tight on me a couple of months ago and the went on with out me having to jump up and down to get them on or suck in my bully to do them up. It feeled to good to put them on and they finally fit. So if I keep up with my weigh lose then I will be able to get into more smaller cloths that I have.

hoping to get better

I hoping that this week is better than last week. I have been working on getting back to my right eating habits. Is been hard but I've been working on it. Things are just getting to crazy at work to be able to do anything at home. When I get home I'm just so tried that I just wont to sit down and put my feet up and relax. But I know is wrong to do that. Today I did not exercise. Cause I went to work at 3:30 pm and got out at 10:00 pm. So when I got home my feet and my back hurt so bad that I had to relax. But tomorrow when I get home from work I will relax for about 1 hour then go for a walk around the neaberhood and exercise for about 45 mins. Just to get myself back on track.

  Just try and change one thing. Keep that up until you can change another.
Even if it's drinking your 8 glasses of water every day for a week. Just try and get that. Then the next week, add a 10 minute walk. I always find it isn't so daunting when you start out very small like that :)
