Two days in a row of simply doing my AM yoga and feel so less stiff. I am not perfectly de stiffed but I feel much better than before I did the yoga. I am writing this as a booster to keep up the good work I need to break my slump. I need to make movement a daily deal. I have so many wonderful resources and options of ways to move my body. Yoga is one of my favorites. The movements are so simple and the benefits are great. Just like what Rodney Yee says on the DVD. I also decided to add an element to my yoga that hopefully will increase the likelihood that I will do it. I have started to create an alter next to where I do yoga. I have a female statue that reminds me of a guardian angel/Buddha assistant and a candle. I have this perfect size box that is a nice wood that holds my journals that I have filled up. It is nice. I will probably add incense to the alter next. I will trust my gut with what ever I may add. I have to say that just the addition of this simple alter-like structure helped my little corner feel very inviting.
