Ok, so Sunday, I'm thinking, another week, I sure hope I can get back to the gym at least 3 days a week, like I was doing. Well, hope has nothing to do with it. Just do it. This was my plan: set the alarm 7:00am, wash face, brush hair, throw on clothes and GO TO THE GYM who cares what you look like that time of the morning . Today is Tuesday and for some reason I have been getting up at 6am before the alarm and going to the Gym. Why in the world did I think I had to shower, fix hair and make-up to do this? No one was there save, 2 people who looked like they did just what I did. fall out of bed and go the Gym. Why do we make it so hard? The great part about gong so early is that it is over before I am truly awake, yea! This morning, when I got back from my workout, I added 30 minutes of bike riding outside with my dog, Valentino. He loved it, I think I heard him say 'bout time you exercised ME! He was ready for a nap when we returned.
