I started keeping a journal to see how I really eat , you know ,am I really hungry?, am I bored?, is it just for taste?, stress? . I am logging in time, situation , why i ate, how I felt. I have noticed that I do some mindless eating, you know the little nibbles and bits that you dont really think count for much and so far I have discovered that I am a BORED eater. I guess I should find ways to stay busy (like ft , friend) go to the gym to occupy my time, now if I could just do it , trying to find new hobbies but with economy the way it is, not so easy
