getting use to it

emoticongetting use to 2nd shift, it is far better to get my workouts in they have good classes in the mornings that start shortly after i take my son to school so I dont have time to find something else to do b4 class, I still get in my turbo 2-3 times a week but now I get in other great classes as well, getting use to just 4 hours of sleep a nite as well (get off at 12:30 am, take shower set coffee in bed by 1 asleep by 2 or so) up between 6-6:30 to make my son breakfast take him to school and off to the gym I go emoticon emoticon emoticon right now I only work 4 days so I catch up on sleep on saturday and sun.
I'm getting use to the classes so I dont feel so stupid anymore and I have finally broke the habit of eating b4 I go 2 bed( emoticon emoticon emoticon, I know that was keeping some weight on me so that 4 me is a big accomplishment emoticon. ok done rattling for know emoticon

got in my workout today,got it done early so cant find excuse not to get it in or let things get in the way, with the way I have my schedule set now I should be able to workout 7 days if I wanted 2. when I take a day off it seems to turn into 2 or 3 then 4. I am doing much better on what I eat, so with that and exercise I hope to see weight lose soon emoticon emoticon emoticon

got in 2 hours today 1 hour of step class (looked like i had no idea what was going on)
1 hour of turbo kick class
I feel so good emoticon I love it , I may have looked like and idiot in step class but that did not stop me and worked up a good sweat, then the turbo class was 15 minutes later and I did good on that one LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!. someday I"m gonna teach one of those classes emoticon emoticon emoticon, keep doing it until I'm good enough to teach it

I started keeping a journal to see how I really eat , you know ,am I really hungry?, am I bored?, is it just for taste?, stress? . I am logging in time, situation , why i ate, how I felt. I have noticed that I do some mindless eating, you know the little nibbles and bits that you dont really think count for much and so far I have discovered that I am a BORED eater. I guess I should find ways to stay busy (like ft , friend) go to the gym to occupy my time, now if I could just do it , trying to find new hobbies but with economy the way it is, not so easy
