Last two days have gone good...I have not had an official workout, because work has given me a couple of very effective physical days, and I am bushed at the end of the day. I will need to get up early again and get the walks in...Food has been good, good choices and not overdone. Water intake has increased but room for improvement there.

Been a while since I was here...

Update Good news, I have not gained any weight since I ve been gone.

Bad news, I have not LOST any weight sice I've been gone...

I had a yucky flu mid OCT, and just could not get motivated to track and work out. I did however keep an eye on my food and tried to not over do it...

I am sure if I tracked through the time I have been away, I would be displeased and see there is lots of room for improvement, BUT really did try to be aware.

But I am back now, all water under the bridge so to speak, so I am starting fresh again. I plan on walking, walk/jogging every day and doing a few short toning sessions per week, I won't get crazy with changes all at once but need to get back on track....I also want to once again get my water intake up again---always get good results when I do that.

Just wanted to touch base as I have not been on the site much this week...I have not logged my food intake as lots of it left just as quick as it was recieved. I am on the mend but still not moving very well or eating too much, I am giving myself permission to put the "weight loss" lifestyle on hold for a few more days and concentrate on getting over this flu or whatever it was. I hope by Monday to be back on track and in the groove again.

    Take care of yourself. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and don't over exert yourself. Hope you're right as rain really soon.

Well I had a not so great food weekend, ate several things that really have no place in a healthy diet. I am not overly bummed, truth be told I think I wanted a break from counting and tracking and being so vigillant. Sunday was better and I did not really go over total calories by too much on any day, just did not eat really well and made some iffy choices. Last night in the middle of the night the stomach bug fairy paid me a visit (could it be Karma?)...I am still not able to keep anything down, so today's scheduled run is out...I was planning on redoing week 5 this week and now I think I will have 3 weeks of week five, as I can't see having enough energy to complete the week properly.

All is well in my world today, work is busy and I am feeling good and in control....I am noticing that I have less desire to eat unhealthy foods as the days go by and I really cannot overeat anymore. I am trying to really savor the food I do eat and as a consequence, any desire for "seconds" or even finishing one portion has all but disappeared.

My clothes get a little looser every week, I am not making HUGE HUGE strides, but I have only really been at this for 2 months, and I am very happy with the progress so far.
