I've got my eating planned for the day. Glowing Green Smoothies all day and Red Beans & Rice for dinner. Threw in a boiled egg and two sweetie oranges for snacks. I entered everything on my food tracker and hit all my goals. The one exception is B12 which, I think is obvious that I will need to take a supplement most days as my animal consumption tends to be low. So, I've made the plan and all I have to do is stick to it!
I think exercise for the day is going to consist of 100 squats, 100 jump n jacks (arms only with weights) and the rest is going to have to be yard/house work as I have a lot to do this week.
My weekly goal: Plan my food, hit as many nutritional goals as possible, stick to it! No alcohol for the rest of the week (too late for Sunday) and no eating off of the plan.
That's it... nothing too complicated or time consuming so I see no reason why I can't stick to it!
