Helloooooo......... Decided to report every few days, since life gets in the way sometimes..
4/13 treadmill for 19.5 min, walked .75 mi. and burned 108 cal
4/14 mall walking (1 time around) apprx. 15 min. and I think it's about half a mi.
4/15 BFF walk outside for 16 min., 3/4 mi. and burned 81 cal.
Bad: ate too much and some bad foods all three days...???
Good: kept walking everyday... still doin it and proud!!
Weight: 4/13 at 196.5 4/14 at 196 4/15 at 195.7
Well.... let's see what type of wisdom I can share today???????????
Oh... I know! Recently, I had my annual blood work done, and I specifically asked for a testing of my Vit. D. Come to find out, as suspected I was only at 13%, so almost none. I'm now taking mega doses once a week, which should be necessary for about 3 mo., in order to get it where it should be. Vit. D is a very very important vitamin !!! GET YOUR VITAMIN D LEVEL CHECKED TODAY! It's a simple blood test...
