I got excited to read the spring challenge to loose 5% some time ago, and I am happy finally this day is here, the start.
Starting weight is 86.5 kg (190 lbs).
In the afternoon I had a great workout in the spring sun, again exploring new terrains around Gleisdorf (Austria). First a 1km walk, then a 4 km run, then a 2 km walk. I only wanted to do a 10 min run, but somehow, I got into it again.
Then a trip to Interspar, and my fridge is full with stock: green onions, radishes, tomatoes, olives, green paprika, low calories cheese, low calorie ham and sausages, 99 kcal/pot yogurt snacks and chocolate pudding snacks, low fat milk, coca cola light, fruit cocktail snacks of 50 kcal, and lots of low cal Philadelphia cream cheese, and finally a pangasius fish for the freezer.
I also populated my fruit corner of the kitchen with banana, apples, oranges, and carrots.
I even found an ice cream snack of 24 kcal/cup.
I'm still hungry. My daily calorie range tops at 1870, and I am already at 1791 kcal. So I just drink a glass of water, and better go to sleep, before I snack.
