First of all I will make all the afford to stay healthy by being active and looking after my body by eating properly and by eating proper food.
I will also spend lots of my afford to stimulate my brain by learning and doing new things, at least giving it a good try. Learn a new language or to play a harmonica.
I hope that I will have time for all this and if not will it will be fun trying.
But one day at a time and remember each day is a gift!

Hold it! Lots of things going on in my life and in my head now, but some how I am quit calm about it. I become a grandfather; recovered from my operation of five weeks ago and I should be happy. But some how I am missing some thing. There is a void in my life now and some how I am not able to fill it with something exiting. Some how nothing exiting comes to my mind now.
I was asked by the "SparkCoach" to make a plan to reach my goals in life, however what I need now is to sit down and figure out what I want to do with my life for the next day, week, month . . .
Well it is nice to have a challenge it keeps me busy!!!
One day at a time and each day is a gift! I try to not waist them!

Thinking that I am perfect! Ha!?
If I can't be perfect than I am not going to do it (what ever that is), in this case is weight loss. My problem is not my food or lack of it, it is me. For me to loose a few lbs. or kg. every thing hast to be perfect. So it is never happens, I am learning this slowly!
So beside eating proper portions, proper foods and properly I have to work hard to live happily even when things, including my self, are not perfect.
Sooo. . . how I am doing? Well I am not perfect . . . I gain some and I loose some but I don't give up! I am working on living with imperfection, I have to work with what I got. MY SELF.

    We are none of us perfect. But we are perfectly who we are. I guess you could say we are perfectly imperfect in our selves and our lives. It certainly doesn't and shouldn't ever disqualify us from striving for improving. I think it gives us room to improve! Keep up with the not giving up! Never give up! emoticon

Here I go:
1. I nearly become a victim of a scam, where they played on my good will towards my fellow men, and some how I came out of it without getting burned. I feel good about that I kept my cool reasoning.
2. I found my Day-Timer that I have lost for 3 days. I only panicked for one day!
3. I managed to keep up my walking even though I was going through some stressful times. This made me, helped me cope with the events of the past week. emoticon

Just in case you read this I came of my plato and I have reached my goal weight of 70 kg for nearly a week now.
My home work for today is to make a meal plant for tomorrow and to blog about it:
I always plan my meals just before I start to prepare to go to bed.
1. I think about what is coming up tomorrow and check what is available in the fridge and I take out any frozen items that I need to use the next day.
2. Make a list of items I need to buy.
3. Prepare the coffee maker for to be ready in the morning for breakfast.
4. Choose my breakfast and set it up for the morning.
5. Set the table and that is it. I am off to bed.

  Do you ever miss the spontaneity of waking up in the morning and thinking "Gee, this would be a great day for pancakes!"
