What is my main motivator?
It is definitely my health! With out my health there is very few things that I would able to do that I am so fond of doing now. Most of my activities require that I keep my self physically fit, like hiking, biking and canoeing. I also need to garden and do chores around our home.
Keeping up with my friends also is a grate motivator: we are all getting old and we don't want to be the first one who can not party any more or give up a chance to see a sunrise and the moon at the same time on the mountain top !
Eating the right foods and doing regular exercising the best way I know how and the "Spark people" helps me to keep going in the right direction! Where were they when I was younger!!!
Any ways it is never to late to look after your self.
