Life got in the way of my 5K workout but fortunate for me I had 35 minutes of brisk walks during my breaks and lunch so I wasn't a total slouch!
I did some cross training today to build strength. It was tough, it's been awhile since I did any strength work. I will feel this tomorrow for sure!
Glad I got up a 6am to do all this, feel like it was really worth it. Going to do it again tomorrow. This time I will do the 5K wall/run routine so I will be sure to get the full benefit of the challenge. Cheer me on guys!
