I have a confession to make, I fell off track...Or I just got cocky. You see, I wasn't really dieting, I was just implementing a few good habits and so lost a good chunk of weight...35lbs (almost half of the total weight I wanted to lose) and so got an ego! I didn't think I needed sparkpeople anymore, and so like an idiot stopped logging in or caring......and TA DA...you guessed it...
I GAINED PART OF IT BACK...mind you it was only 14lbs (in about 5 months) but still, hard truth was the habits don't just stick. You need to keep a conscious effort to keep going, to keep pushing and loosing. So here I am, head down, and willing to work at it again. I am so grateful that spark doesn't gloat in my misery and just is willing to help me out when the chips are down.
So, in conclusion:-
What I learned and how will I fix it?
Stay consistent, and sign in everyday...If I can't then at least 2 or 3 times a week! Sparkpeople is a website that should be regularly visited and their advice followed!!
