First Week=Success

Today marked the beginning of a new week for me. I am so excited because I lost 11lbs in my first week!!! For the most part I was not hungry, I had a couple times that I would feel like I was starving but instead of reaching for food I spent a little time thinking about why I felt that way. In the end, I realized I really was not starving, it was one of my main problems with losing weight. I was bored. So I would find something to do for a bit and if I still felt hungry I would have a piece of fruit which usually would suffice the hunger pang I was feeling. I absolutely love my blast B-12 supplements! The energy I get from is amazing, especially when I get to work out it feels so good that if I did not watch myself I would end up hurting myself. In addition, I love the fact that I have allowed myself a few cheats so I have not felt deprived. The other night I had 2 chili-cheese dogs but could not eat them both because I was full after one! I find that simply amazing for me. Week one has been a success and has me feeling truly inspired to keep going!

    Congrats on your new week! Be mindful that you're fueling enough to meet your basal metabolic rate. Although it sounds counter-intuitive, too low an intake can harm one's overall fitness and health goals.
