Hope all of you have been doing good! I've been doing ok, but haven't been posting very much for about 8 weeks... maybe more. With all the football Fridays and Saturdays this fall, then Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas I've been eating things I haven't wanted to track LOL!!!
Still been running (usually noting here on fitness track), and WiiFitting mon-fri before work, so I'm not doing so bad with my weight.
I plan to get back on the spark wagon again Monday 1/3/2011 and tracking my intake, and saying hi to my friends here more consistently.

I've decided to not do the nutritional tracking on the weekends, and see how that goes...
I'm still exercising and working on good decisions with my foods, and I still weighed in, in the am's. But I'm trying to make this healthy lifestyle, truly a LIFESTYLE and not an obsession. I want to eat with my hubby and not have to write it all down and hurry to the computer and figure out how much it was. I did this last weekend, and so far this weekend and still did good on the scale and so, I've made up my mind.
I'm still tracking diligently during the week, keeping myself between 1250-1600 cals, and doing good.
I feel like I've achieved a good step! Hooray!

I'm enjoying my summer break, off from work. Just over 2 weeks left.... LOL!
I've been enjoying my lots of running , walking, Wii, gym time (my hubby works at the gym, so it's nice to see him), sleeping in, "quality time" with my 15 year old.... does it really have to end????
Usually every summer I do some per-diem work (I'm an occupational therapist) for extra money. But this summer I didn't, I just took the summer off! No extra money, that's for sure, but that means more time at home (so I don't go out spending money LOL). We did have a wonderful vacation to DC to see my awesome sister for the fourth of July!
During the summer I've gotten as low as 109 pounds because I've had so much time to run; went up to 115 (remember I did no Spark or tracking) on my 10 day vacation; but have been doing good basically maintaining 112 or so without trouble. Wait, I DO have to struggle to not snack in my free time here at home , especially because I have to keep lots of food around for my son (trying to get him stronger, larger for varsity football).
Anyway, I've loved this summer and don't want it to end!
