I went over my maximum calories last night by a little bit because I ended up snacking on popcorn and a small piece of chocolate. Today should be a good day food wise. I packed a sandwich, light chips and some cottage cheese. For dinner, it's going to be shake n bake porkchops, peas, cranberry sauce, wax beans and lima beans. Maybe a side dish of risotto w/ mushrooms. It should be a semi-low calorie day. I'm going to avoid the urge to eat pizza for lunch with everyone else! Overall, my mental health isn't in the best place right now...feeling very anxious and overall resting the urge to be depressed. It comes and goes.
