Today, I am SO Happy!! I completed my first ever 5 mile WATP! I had been putting it off and putting it off and would walk 2 miles...3 miles...or 4 miles, always avoiding the looooong 5 miler. Well, I said, and ... DID IT!!
I've been noticing lately that my breathing isn't labored during the workouts which makes me feel good that the aerobics is keeping my heart healthy.
Our bodies are meant for moving. Think about the natural "high" you will get after completing one workout Just take one step at a time, vary your workouts (and for me, that is alternating the number of miles done each day), keep up your participation in your SP teams and with your friends, and GO FOR IT!!
