I dont know about anyone else out there...but I would always workout and eat healthy and it would last right around a week and a half....
Then my motivation would start to sizzle.
FINALLY! I make it to week two and I am still going strong. I had to run errands before work this morning and I was starving! Instead of stopping for an egg mcmuffin at the 3, yes 3, mcdonalds on my way to work, I said NO. I honestly wanted to, but was able to stop myself.
I have been working out like crazy for me. I have done at least 40 minutes 6 out of 7 days every week.
So here I am, on week 3 now. I have lost about 5 pounds and I am really feeling great. As sucky as this tracking and working out is, I think if I just keep it up for a good 6 months, I can wean myself off of the tracking (not the working out).
My husband is still training for the half marathon---and doing great! He is on 4 miles right now on the weekends...and it will only increase from there.
If anyone is reading this, feel free to post, I would love to have more people to motivate each other together.
