Ok, I lost 5lbs.... that is great, but I think it is too much for 1 week. I also think most of it is water weight since I started increasing my water intake again.
I am still keeping within my goals, but yesterday I was way under in calories, by around 600. I just wasn't hungry. I know keeping my calories at a certain level is important and that much under is just as bad as going that much over.
My hike with the family yesterday was so much fun. We hiked for roughly 2 hours. It always amazes me that I can hike for that long, not be winded or tired. I am physically fit, but very overweight. I know a lot of it is the medications....why can't they come up with a medication for lupus and fibro that helps with the pain but doesn't cause so much weight gain?
My lupus and fibro didn't like the hike as much as I did....
