Question about the Sparkpeople Cookbook

My question is this. Have any of you ordered the Spark Cookbook? Is it worth it? I have several diet cookbooks, and several WW cookbooks. Keep being tempted with the new Sparkpeople Cookbook. I will confess I am a cookbook fanatic, but trying to curb my addiction. Any thoughts?

    I won't think I'll be buying it even though I'm sure it's good. I've decluttered my cookbooks and don't really plan to buy any new ones. If I need something, I check the internet, either Spark Recipes or maybe All Recipes. I do clip from magazines from time to time though.

    I like mine because I like to read stories in a cookbook. I've tried two recipes so far and I liked both of them.

Waiting for the winter 5% challenge

I have signed up to join the Cats again. I am not sure when the winter challenge begins, but I am working on staying on points in the in-between time.

At the beginning of the fall challenge I was at 174. I was away for two weeks and my lowest weight so far is 169. I will be keeping on and hope to get to my 5% of 165.

    I am waiting too. I am also trying to stay on track. I took yesterday and today to rest a little, but as of tomorrow I am getting back on track with my fitness. Good luck for the Winter challenge (even if you are a cat)!

Blessing Reminders:Remind yourself with a sticky note or an alarm on your phone to pause for a moment or two to reconnect. Find something from that day to appreciate or appreciate yourself for your commitment.
Keep a Gratitude Journal: At the end of each day write down your list.

    I love seeing visuals. I have a little chart on my fridge that I use to mark progress and it makes me feel so good every time I add a mark to it. Will have to blog it when I have time! Keep up the good work!
