Why do I find so difficult to stick to any long term plan I make? this does not only pertain to eating a good diet, and exercising to loose weight, but just to about anything else that I want to do.. If the time frame stretches beyond a certain period of time, I just seem to forget about it and move along to something else. I really struggle some days to stick with my exercise plan, but I am doing some activity each day, even if it does not go to 20-30 mins as I planned.
