Today was not a good day for either exercise or eating healthy.
However I am looking forward to tomorrow when I will gradually correct the errors I have made today.
I did't walk today but I exercised on my glider for 15 mins. and used my hand weights for 8 - 10 mins
This morning was beautiful, the temperature was perfect, and I walked for 40 mins, I out did myself.
I missed two days last week because of cold windy weather. However I went walking yesterday and did some gardening when I got back. Tomorrow will be a sunny day, so I will continue with my pledege to walk 20-30 mins 5 days a week.
I went for a walk at about 9 a.m . It was a bit chilly but I dressed for it. I am keeping to my word of walking each day for between 20 t0 30 mins.
