So far I'm at a total of 463 fitness minutes for the month. Last year in May my total was 270. Days worked out: 12 so far, with 4 days to go in the month.

Fitness minutes

Week 1: 164 minutes
Week 2: 109 minutes
Week 3: 22 minutes
Week 4: 81 minutes
Week 5: 54 minutes (not including today)

Total Fitness Minutes (My goal was 360)

Total cardio days: 13

Before weight: 119 lbs, 21.7% body fat
After weight: 122 lbs, 25.6% body fat

What happened there?

Oh well. All I can do is look forward to May. In May I hope I can work out for 150 minutes per week, or a total of 750 fitness minutes.


Late workout

So last night I decided to just go for it. It was 9:15 and I decided to do a 45 minute cardio sweat-fest.
And you know what?
After I was done with my stretches and had a shower (and cut my bangs because omg they were totally getting in my eyes) I hopped in bed and went to sleep.

    Wow, that's great, fall asleep instantly! For me, I think doing night workout is not good with my sleep. I will still fall asleep almost instantly I hit the bed but somehow my body still feel restless and on next day, I will feel more tired LOL

How late is too late?

When I get home from work I'm feel too tired to work out. By the time my legs rejuvenate it's getting late. 8 o'clock, 9 o'clock, how late is too late to work out? Please leave a comment with your opinion.

Before you do, I already know you want to tell me to work out BEFORE I go to work.
That is not happening.
I am NOT a morning person.

    I used to work out from 8-10pm (an hour of racquetball, an hour of gym- treadmill and strength). This was the time I had the most energy and felt like I got the most out of my workout. I tried to do mornings... My workout was cut about half in time. I'd say go with whatever time your body needs. As long as working out close to bedtime isn't effecting your sleep... doooo it!! better than nothing!

  if you work out at home, there is no time limit. do it whenever you want. if you go to a gym, you are limited by their hours. so workout on your schedule.

    The earlier you work out the better - even if it's just a walk at lunch and save your big workouts for the weekends. Just don't work out right before bed because you won't be able to sleep

    If you feel like you have the energy and time to do a work out at 8-9 o'clock go for it! If there was a "too late" there wouldn't be 24 hour gyms. You have to work in your work out when you can!
